Signal Generation / Playback Systems
Signatec’s complete turnkey high-speed signal generation / playback systems featuring options for adding multiple digitizer channels for high-speed signal data recording and embedded real-time parallel or FPGA digital signal processing. All systems come complete with GUI based software for performing all system settings, viewing digital data (either captured or generated), performing signal recordings and playbacks as well as the option for viewing data in either time domain or frequency domain.
Signal Generation / Playback Software
Signatec’s GUI based signal generation playback software is used to control one or more Signatec signal generator boards, performing all system settings, viewing digital data (either captured or generated), and performing signal generation / playback. Software includes PC based Oscilloscope and Playback Scope Application, Drivers and Libraries.
Signal Generator Boards by DAC
Signatec’s arbitrary signal generator board delivers four 16-bit digital to analog conversion DAC channels to accurately produce output signal frequencies up to 400MHz, with each 16-bit converter capable of outputting up to 1,000 MegaSamples per second. Its deep memory and easy interface to DSP functionality makes for a powerful waveform playback device.
DAC Boards by PC I/O Interface
Signatec's high-speed signal generation DAC boards by PC I/O interface, with options of PCI-X 64-bit and PCI 64-bit form factors. All of Signatec's signal generator DAC boards feature a PCI Buffered Acquisition Mode that allow them to playback data to their onboard RAM as well as transfer the data from the onboard RAM to the PC simultaneously. In short, the board's onboard memory is configured to work as a FIFO to provide ample data buffering between the board and PC for the most demanding signal generation applications.
